Our most comprehensive project to-date, no detail was overlooked or amenity left out on this spectacular lakeside property. An American Muscle Grill, Komodo Kamado Grill and True appliances are protected under the remote controlled adjustable canopy of one StruXure pergola system. A separate StruXure pergola provides variable shade for a dining area. Custom granite countertops, cocktail station and bar counter are set over beautiful Brown Jordan kitchen cabinets. Stone veneer columns and seat walls were built to match the existing style of the home. A custom OutDeco screen wall provides privacy, and a FXLuminaire lighting system brings the landscape to life at night with full color spectrum capabilities. This project also featured an outdoor sound system, television, and architectural lighting all controlled by a smart phone app through the Control4 home automation system. And … the landscape plants look nice, too.
